  • How do you securely handle our data and manage security and compliance?
    No data ever persists outside of your network. Divinity Software Group does not store or mirror any data; it will always remain securely behind your firewall. Divinity enlists the use of API’s (application program interface) to present information directly to the consumer through the Microsoft Azure Cloud Service. This means the data is presented in real-time, directly to the consumer, after identification has been verified. Microsoft Azure maintains the highest security levels, enabling a risk free delivery of information via the internet.
  • Can your Pay Module work with our existing merchant account?
    Absolutely. In fact, we can usually enhance the process to give consumers a real-time authorization or a decline message. In most cases, we can also automate the payment posting into the system of record, making the entire process seamless and automated.
  • Do we have to sign a long-term contract for your services?
    No, all of our contracts are annual. However, if at any time you don’t feel you are receiving the ROI you need to continue, we offer a 60 day termination clause. If it isn’t working as promised and you aren’t seeing the return, we won’t bind you to pay for something you don’t need. We are confident in the difference our products can make in your business and our clause proves it.
  • Do your portals work with my system of record?
    Divinity Software Portals can be tied to any existing system. With Divinity, there is no need to ever change software platforms again. We can optimize performance with the latest developed tools and tie them directly to your system of record, increasing cash flow and decreasing costs.
  • Do you charge per email or payment transaction?
    Never. Everything we develop is a flat fee. This enables us to crush the competition on pricing and allows you to effectively budget your monthly expenses.
